Request to print brings up "save as pdf"

This looks broken again as of the 10/11/2023 update. User is in windows explorer, right click - more options - Print. The screen kind of flashes and then the 'save output as' window opens to type file name and select drive to save the pdf to.

The 'let windows manage my printer' is turned off

The default printer is a canon copier.

User does have full version of Adobe.

This was working fine yesterday, and the only thing that changed was the 10/11 update.

    Hello Pam, this is Emily.

When you click on Print, and the print option box pops up, can you verify that the printer selection is indeed set to the Canon printer? If it is set to "save as PDF", once you click Print, it will open up the save as window like you described.

If you cannot find the Canon printer listed here, please tell me the printer's model number. Thanks!
