    Hi Bayarsaikhan Temuulen,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

The UEFI Interactive Shell v2.2 is a command-line interface for the UEFI firmware. It allows you to interact with the UEFI environment, which can be useful for debugging and development purposes.

However, if your system is booting into this shell instead of your operating system, it usually indicates a problem with the boot process.  Here are some possible causes:

    • Boot Order: The boot order in your system's BIOS/UEFI settings might be incorrect. The system might be trying to boot from a device that doesn't have a bootable operating system.
    • Corrupted Boot Files: If the boot files on your hard drive are corrupted or missing, the system might not be able to find a valid operating system to boot from, and thus defaults to the UEFI shell.
    • Hardware Changes: If you've recently made changes to your system's hardware, such as installing new RAM or changing hard drive ports, this could potentially cause issues with the boot process.

Press ESC in 1 seconds to skip startup.nsh or any other key to continue: This is a message that appears when you boot your computer with a startup.nsh script in your EFI system partition. The startup.nsh script is a file that contains commands or scripts that are executed by the UEFI interactive shell when you boot your computer. The startup.nsh script can be used to perform various tasks, such as loading an operating system, running diagnostics, or updating firmware. However, sometimes the startup.nsh script may contain errors or commands that are not supported by your firmware or hardware. In that case, you can press ESC to skip the execution of the startup.nsh script and enter the UEFI interactive shell manually. Alternatively, you can press any other key to continue with the execution of the startup.nsh script.

If no progress is made by pressing the ESC key on this interface, please test whether you can enter Windows RE. Windows Recovery Environment (Windows RE) | Microsoft LearnIf you cannot enter Windows RE, it means there is a more serious problem, such as a disk-level failure or boot file corrupted. For such case, you need to consider contacting hardware support to perform professional hardware testing; or install a new operating system on another disk.

Thanks for your patience and understanding!

    Best Regards,
