Cannot find language in "Choose a language to install"

I tried to find a language but as you can see, it doesn't have anything with it (I tried other language too, but windows cannot find anything)

Here are some steps you can try to resolve it:

1. Check for Updates:
   • Ensure that your operating system is up to date. Sometimes, system updates can resolve issues related to language settings.
2. If some Windows functions aren't working or Windows crashes, use the System File Checker to scan Windows and restore your files. Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files - Microsoft Support
3. Create a New User Profile:
   • If all else fails, you can try creating a new user profile on your computer and see if the language settings work correctly for the new user. If they do, you may consider migrating your data to the new profile. Create a local user or administrator account in Windows - Microsoft Support
