Windows 11 and HP Monitor driver issues

I recently purchased two HP 24mh FDH monitors and have been unable to set them ups. I followed all of the steps recommended to uninstall and reinstall the driver, but I still cannot set up the monitors. Nothing changes despite the HP program saying the instillation is complete. Windows 11 is running the generic display program and the downloaded driver from HP seems completely ineffective. Only one monitor is in use, the other doesn't even turn on (after uninstalling the previous driver). With the previous driver, I could set it to extend, but all the second screen did was display the desktop, but I couldn't utilize it at all. It was basically just a picture.

According to HP, the only known issues with Windows 11 are related to printers.

Am I missing something? How do I resolve this issue?

Any assistance that can be offered would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, I have a very similar issue.

Recently bought a Lenovo with Windows 11 Pro with USB Type C and HDMI.

The USB Type C connection from Laptop to Monitor is working well but the HDMI is not.

The Monitor is: HP M34d WQHD Curved Monitor

The laptop is: ThinkBook 14 G2 ITL

        11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz 2.42 GHz

Sistema operativo de 64 bits, procesador basado en x64

    Windows 11 Pro, Version 22H2
    Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22662.1000.0

The HP official support website does not have drivers for he Windows 11 version for this specific HP Monitor. https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-m34d-wqhd-curved-monitor/2100695735

    Hi, Pam,

Sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue.

Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted or outdated graphics driver. Please provide some more details to help to identify what is causing this problem. Are you using a laptop or a desktop? Which is the full model of your computer/laptop or motherboard?

Also, attach a screenshot of the System Information Page:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: msinfo32 and click on Ok

And a screenshot of the version of the driver installed:

1-Right-click on Start then click on Device Manager

2-Click to expand the Display adapters

3-Right-click on the graphics driver and click on properties

4-Take a screenshot of the General and Driver tab
