Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

It sounds like you have had a repair made on your PC with the CPU replaced.

This warning is saying that if you had your hard drive encrypted you won’t be able to access the data on it without a recovery key.

There are two choices which it is giving you, if you have the recovery key or can find it using these steps: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/fin...

Then you can press yes, reset the TPM, and enter the recovery key. It will let you get into Windows and all your data.

If you don’t have a recovery key or can’t get it, then you need to put the old CPU back in the device, or if you press yes, it will basically leave you unable to access any of your data.

Please let me know if you need any further assistance.

    Kind Regards,

    Elise
