    thank you for your replying

The problem is not showing or finding every Wi-Fi network, it just doesn't show some Wi-Fi networks. For example, it doesn't show the Wi-Fi network that my phone is currently connected to in Windows, but it does show neighboring Wi-Fi networks.

Hello there, this is Suganya. I'm an Independent Advisor and user like you. I'm happy to help you.

I understand that you are experiencing an issue with the WiFi where some of the available network is not showing up. Kindly try the below steps to resolve it.

As an initial step, run the network troubleshooter

    1. Select the Start button > Settings > Network & Internet > Status.

Open Network & Internet Status settings

    1. Under Change your network settings, select Network troubleshooter.

Follow the steps in the troubleshooter, and see if that fixes the problem.

If that doesn't work, try running these network commands to manually reset the TCP/IP stack, release and renew the IP address, and flush and reset the DNS client resolver cache:

Select Search on the taskbar, and type command prompt. The Command Prompt button will appear. To the right of it, select Run as administrator > Yes.

At the command prompt, run the following commands in the listed order, and then check to see if that fixes your connection problem:

Type netsh winsock reset and select Enter.

Type netsh int ip reset and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /release and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /renew and select Enter.

Type ipconfig /flushdns and select Enter.

Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

One reason for this is that the PC may not have a radio that can reach that network. For example, perhaps your PC has only a 2.4GHz radio while the network your phone detects is a 5GHz network.
