Why is there a charge indicated for a free B1 VM in free trial?

Full disclosure, total newbie in Azure Portal. I finally found the Free services area....but as the image shows it lists a cost. I have tried different selections but it does not change. What am I missing please? And...would that come out of the initial credit?....but not acceptable as we are supposed to get 750 hr/mo without charge as I am not yet planning to upgrade. Help please!

    Read on here.
As long as you are within the limits, you can create services for free in any region where services are available. For example, you get 750 hours of a B1S Windows virtual machine free each month with the Azure free account. You can create the virtual machine in any region where B-series virtual machines are available. Azure doesn't charge you unless you exceed 750 hours. For example, a customer in the U.S. can provision a B1S Windows virtual machine in West Europe and use it for 750 hours for free.

    Hi @Bill Friesen ,

don't worry, this is the default list entry in the portal in the drop-down to deploy a B1s in a free trial subscription.
The first B1s VM you deploy should be free of charge in the free trial subscription.
A second, third, ... B1s VM instance will be charged with 12.05 US$/month.

    Hello BillFriesen,

The price is informed in advance, but wont apply for the free machine and the 750hrs. Also by default, the Azure subscription that you create has a spending limit on it, so you can't use more than the free $200 that you receive until you remove this limit manually.
