Hi eddie_7YB,
I'm Rodrigo and I'll help you.
Create a Recycle Bin shortcut on the Start Menu folder to be able to access it from the Start Menu.
On the Desktop, right-click in a blank area > New > Shortcut > paste the path below and select Next
explorer.exe shell:RecycleBinFolder
It will create an explorer shortcut that opens the recycle bin, you can rename it the way you want and change the icon (Right click > Properties > Shortcut tab > Change icon... > If it doesn't show the Recycle Bin icon, paste this path on the bar and press enter: %SystemRoot%\System32\SHELL32.dll)
Press Windows + R, paste the path below, and press enter:
C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
Paste the shortcut you created above inside this folder, when you search for it, it will appear on the Start Menu, and you will be able to open the Recycle Bin.
