    Hi

    Welcome to Microsoft community.

It seems like the driver installation process has stalled. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this issue:

    1. Wait: If the driver pack is large or your computer's performance is slow, it might take a while for the installation to complete. Make sure that your laptop is plugged into a power source and wait a bit longer.
    2. Restart: If there's no progress after waiting, you may need to restart your computer. Please note that if you do this, any changes made by the installation up to this point will likely be lost and you'll have to start over.
    3. Try Installing in Safe Mode: If restarting doesn't work, try installing the drivers in Safe Mode. To enter Safe Mode in Windows 10.
    4. Install Drivers Individually: Instead of installing all drivers at once with a driver pack, consider identifying which specific drivers need updating and install them one at a time.
    5. Use Manufacturer's Website: Visit Packard Bell's official website and download necessary drivers directly from there rather than using third-party driver packs.

Remember: Always back up important data before making major changes!

Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you.

    Best regards
