I simply would like to have control over the camera's ptz features in call to be able to actually run a meating without editing the cameras admin settings to have to move it over an inch or two .

    Hello Eric Elmendorf,

    Welcome to Microsoft Community.

Although the "polycom EagleEye IV USB camera" you mentioned here was not developed by Microsoft, I am trying to find the corresponding driver for you.

I found the following link for you:

    https://www.poly.com/us/en/support/products/video-conferencing/enterprise-cameras/eagleeye-iv-usb****

This is the EagleEye IV USB camera driver download address, but I am not sure which driver you need.
