    Hello, this is Emily.

You can move some files to the SD card to make room, but make sure these are your personal files, not system files. System files are not meant to be moved out of the system drive (C:)

Personal files typically are the ones located in Documents, Pictures, Videos, Desktop and downloads folders. After you copy them, you can safely delete the ones on C drive. Or you can use Cut instead of Copy, then paste them into SD card I don't personally like to use Cut, in case something goes wrong during this processs, you might end up losing those files.

It's got pros and cons. By compressing files, you might spare some space, but the CPU has to work harder, so it depends if you have a powerful CPU. Also, depends on the type of files, it may not spare much space either.

Have you already used the Disk Cleanup tool to clean up as much as you can? When you launch the tool, make sure you also click on clean up system files to open up more cleanable options.

Once you have copied your important cat pictures over to your SD card you can delete your important cat pictures from the hard drive.
