I have just built my brand new pc and installed 1tb of Samsungs evo plus 970 ssd. into my motherboard. It Is detected in bios, and is activated/initalized. Secure boot is off by the way (I tried both sb on and off). I load in and it says it cant recognize a driver. My driver is fully updated too, and it's not a loose cable or anything. There is no pages. forums, or questions that have worked so far. This is super frustrating. I have one other ssd that I could plug into my motherboard but I wanna do it with this one since that one is only 550gb. PLEASE HELP.

Hi Connor, let me try to assist you.

Since the SSD is already recognized by the BIOS, can you plese follow the instructions below.

Please try opening computer management, you can do this by typing it in the search bar, and type the words computer management and hit enter.

In Computer Management, select Storage then click on Disk Management.

From there you will see the available drives attached to your Windows System.

    Locate the SSD

From there you can follow the steps below:

I hope this helps. Let me know if the problem still persist, don't hesitate to ask for further assistance.

    Regards,

    Arnel

I am on MacBook creating this intallation media so I am using the iso file on the usb. Is this still possible to do with Mac? If so please send me a link on how to because it's pretty hard to create a simple iso on Mac anyways. Also, I did do shift+10 command prompt summon on my windows installation, checked drivers, cleared them, and did the partition command which I found on another windows thread to do, still, nothing.
