My laptop automatically taking screenshot anytime i press keyboard

Internal keyboar on my laptop is unable to use so i am using an external keyboard but any time i press any button on the external keyboard my laptop Will take a screenshot and that is really annoying , what happen with my laptop?

    I am so sorry to hear that you are having an issue with your computer that triggers taking screenshots when pressing keys on the keyboard. Kindly try uninstalling and reinstalling the keyboard driver by right-clicking the Start menu icon, then choosing Device Manager > double-click keyboard to expand > right-click the keyboard you are using, then choosing uninstall device. Restart your device after this, and then try again with your keyboard to see if it is no longer taking screenshots.
