Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.
You can download the driver from another device and transfer the file to your PC. You can use a smartphone if it is the only device with internet access available. After downloading the driver, connect your smartphone to your PC to transfer the file.
But I suggest you install the updated driver as instructed below. Using this procedure, I had more success in resolving problems related to network drivers.
Before starting the procedure, go to the support area of your computer manufacturer's website and download the latest Wi-Fi driver.
(If you cannot find it, let me know the manufacturer and model of your computer.)
Uninstall the current driver:
- Open "Device Manager" (Windows + X and select Device Manager);
- Expand "Network adapters";
- Right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select "Uninstall device";
- On the confirmation screen, check "Attempt to remove the driver for this device" and click "Ok";
- Restart the PC.
Install the driver you downloaded from the manufacturer.
Feel free to ask back any questions.
