hello my device is a acer Predator Helios 300 2022
While i was cleaning for storage i accidentally deleted Realtek audio on my laptop it was (1.35gb) and i uninstalled it, when i tried to install it back it didnt work even tho i installed the newer version (i noticed because the thing i installed had a diff version from the one i accidentally deleted), i have tried everything to get it back back id doesn't work i've followed alot of tutorials and none of them worked/all of them had a diff prob from mine. when i tried to use troubleshoot (output device) it showed "Audio services not working" and when i tried a tutorial to fix it, it didn't work. i installed the latest audio drivers and it still didn't work. also when i check my storage there is nothing related to realtek audio at all (just like the one i deleted) it was only the realtek audio console, i am very sorry if this is too long.

Hi brylle, my name is Anderson Souza, I hope I can help you with your issue.

If you haven't tried using a restore point, maybe this will help you.

This option takes your PC back to an earlier point in time, called a system restore point. Restore points are generated when you install a new app or driver, and when you create a restore point manually. Restoring won’t affect your personal files, but it will remove apps, drivers, and updates installed after the restore point was made.
