Wireless-AC, Bluetooth 4.2 Driver? for AMD?

I recently got a new mother board with a built in wireless network connection and bluetooth, however windows cant' seem to find a driver for it?
I currently have the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G.

I've searched the AMD support website to no avail.. their website seems like a different language to me.
does anybody know how to get this driver?

    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    I will find the drivers for you, click your Start button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.

    Here is the support page for your motherboard, those drivers are available in the LAN section.
