With the new software, how do you straighten photos. The old version allowed me to straighten the photos under the crop menu. Now that option is gone.

    Hi there,

    I'm Amr, an independent advisor.

After opening the desired photo, click on the "Edit image" button at the top of the page and select the "Crop" tab.

From there, you can use the slider to straighten the photo as desired.

Also, If you wish to use the older version of the app which is now called Microsoft Photos Legacy, you can download it from here

    https://apps.microsoft.com/store/detail/microso...

I hope this is helpful. If you require any additional assistance, don't hesitate to respond to this.

    Best Regard

Now it's there! See this underneath the photo. You can slide left and right of the 0 degrees to straighten the picture.

I don't see it. The slider has gone since 2 days ago.

The slider is no longer there. It disappeared in the last two days.

My slider is gone, too -- it's been gone for a week and it's extremely frustrating.

I suspect Microsoft has done this so that we have to buy a fancier, more expensive Microsoft editing program just to get that function back.

Prove me wrong: Is Microsoft going to provide a patch for this new version?
