When playing games, screen randomly freeze and bluescreen show error DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION

I don't know what's wrong with my laptop, but I think it has something to do with my new SSD driver since the problems appeared when I added it at the store.

I play games like Minecraft, Genshin Impact, and Honkai Star Rail.

My laptop's first problem is that when I was playing games, my screen frequently stalled for 1-2 seconds and the Wi-Fi driver would disappear. It's fine if I do everything with the internet connection except play games. I tried resetting my network, reinstalling the Wi-Fi driver, resetting my PC, upgrading to Windows 11, and rolling back because the problem still exists. I later found out that my Intel graphic card doesn't share the task with my NVIDIA graphic card, hence the freezing. So I set it back, and the problem was temporarily gone.

But then the DPC WATCHDOG VIOLATION thing happened. I play games, after some time the screen will just freeze, but there is still background music. 2-3 minutes in, a blue screen shows up, and I can't do anything to fix it.

My PC is an Asus Tuf Gaming f15, specs:

Device name NhiiCute

Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10300H CPU @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz

I reinstalled the graphic drivers, and so far, no BSOD. I still cannot play games in the medium settings I used before because of the freezes, but at minimum graphics and a small window size, it works. Which is odd.

Also, when the freezes happen, I am watching Task Manager, and the stats are not high. The highest stat was memory exceeding 40% because Microsoft Defender Antivirus Service always takes up 20% of it. Do you know what could've possibly caused the freezes?

Here are the memory dump files: (I ran the code after reinstalling the drivers) https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Zcn-AFJW4t47q4bbEFFNf_fN8lCbIKyU/view?usp=sharing

    1. Open Administrative Command Prompt (ACP) and copy and paste: PowerShell $D=(New-Object -ComObject Wscript.Shell).SpecialFolders(4);Compress-Archive "%WinDir%\MEMORY.DMP" "$D\Memory_dmp"

Post a share link into this thread with only the compressed memory dump.

    1. Uninstall both of the Nvidia (nvlddmkm.sys) and Intel (Igdkmd64.sys) GPU drivers using DDU > reinstall from the Asus website

    1. At the time of sale computer manufacturers are responsible for hardware and OEM operating system, drivers, and applications.

Contact ASUS for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Go to the manufacturer's website and search for your system model, check if it has recommended drivers for the chipset and your graphics card

Hi, I did everything you said, my computer is still in warranty until 2024/01/19.

I try out the game again, and it freezes for 2 times. The first time the game closed itself and popped up this window:

I can return to my computer after that. However the second crash returned in a BSOD.

This is the V2 files in the second run: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1EaacxBY5CW93jXVwu_CtmX56Pw1pvw7H/view?usp=sharing
