If it actually says no camera is attached, we cannot rule out this being hardware issue.
However, since you are here, let's make sure all software side is checked:
Most Lenovo models use the F8 or Fn+F8 keys to turn camera on/off, or it is a small button near the lens or right on the lid near the lens you can press. However, if that's the issue, typically it doesn't say camera is not found, instead, you usually see a camera icon with a line striking through. But won't hurt to try that.
Additionally, Lenovo devices usually come with the Vantage app installed. Check in the app if you have the camera option and make sure it is not turned off there.
Otherwise, go to Lenovo's support website, locate your specific model's driver support, download the camera driver and install it to see if it helps.
Lastely, go to your computer's BIOS, and see if the camera can be found there. If so, make sure it is not disabled on BIOS level.
If none works, you will ned to contact Lenovo support instead as it can be a hardware issue.
