Hi, the Touchpad settings page on my laptop does not have the Scroll & zoom option. It only has "Taps" and "Related Settings".

    What else can I do?

I had the same issue but the new Windows update fixed the problem. Make sure to look for an update if you still have this issue

Same here. I have checked all forum and tried all options - from reisntalling ELAN Clickpad drivers, Hard Restting my Laptop, Installing external Driver Upgrade utilities like Driver Booster but still the situation is the same. 2 finger scrolling still doesn't work.
And FYI - Windows is upto date and there aren't even any optional updates pending that I haven't installed. This is turning out to be a universal problem and requires a permanant fix from Microsoft.

    Hi Sachin,

I'm Christine, a Windows user like you. I can see here that you would like to enable the 2 finger scroll on your touchpad. No worries, I'll do my best to help you.

    Please follow the steps below:

Kindly click the start menu and type Touchpad Settings and hit enter.

You'll see the Touchpad settings page, then scrolldown and look for the "Scroll & zoom" click the arrow down next to it.

Tick the box next to the "Drag two finger to scroll"

Please let me know the result. I'll be happy to assist you all the way until it's resolved.

    Thank you,
