How to check my SSD actual storage?

Please help me!

I bought an SSD which I used to install and store the OS. I kept crashing but originally, I didn't know it was the problem. I kept switching parts until I realized it was the SSD. On device manager, it says it's 4TB, but in reality it's not. How do I check the actual storage? I also think I got scammed on the external SSD too. If I can get some kind of proof saying it's fake, it would be nice because I need it inorder to return the item.

    Sorry, I was offline.

There is no method in Windows to test the drive, but there are free utilities available online that you can use to find the real capacity on the drive,. if you Google 'Test real size of fake drive' that will bring up a list of those utilities.

    Sorry, I was offline,

Your screenshots do not indicate any problems with those drivers, though they seem to be generic drives with no manufacturer indicated, the internal drive is a 4TB drive, and the external drive is 2TB, where in Windows are you seeing a problem indicating those drives do not have the correct capacity?
