Mouse without borders connects for 2 clicks only

Mouse without borders V0.75.1 connects between two DELL laptops with same everything - no firewalls and no rules.

Mouse pointer works perfect - see it on both screens can move around and will highlight programs, widows, taskbar, and desktop files/folders. ----HOWEVER once connected able to click left mouse button for 2 clicks exact. Then does not click anymore on connected device.

Re-launched program, new security key , reinstalled program - same issue. Can connect, can move mouse everywhere - can not click more than 2 times mouse left button

    Drop down Menu shows choice for "Windows"

    Next drop down Menu either choose "Microsoft Accessories" results in :

    Going the only other route and choosing "Other Accessories" in the drop down menu results :

    Please further explain how can get contact email support for Mouse without borders

    Please advise step by step process filling out request using your hyperlink.

    Each step when selecting the product and additional information to drop down menus results in only

    "Request support for a Microsoft accessory Fill out a form to get support for your Microsoft accessory."

    Clicking this link only results in --->

    All these troubleshoot options 1-5 have been attempted.

    The program very fragile when working as connection is lost - leading to either to refreshing ocnnection always, leaving program open on desktop always, restarting program or enter new key.

    The mouse click is the one thing that always loses connection - How can typing and pointer move and work but clicking the mouse button on other computer/device results in nothing ?

    Please advise how to contact support
