My 5 year old laptop doesn't seem to have this problem and I can't figure out why?

I have restarted my modem and mesh routers, updated the drivers, uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers for the network adapter. Im at a loss...

Temporarily turn off all Mesh Repeaters and connect directly to the main router's WiFi network, then check the speed.

    Hello,

Thank you for your reply and providing Information.

As you have already ran a speed test you are getting speeds of 94.13Mbps DL speed and 23.72Mbps upload , Then there is no issue with Wifi Network card.

As some time the download speed may have capped by Game provider or website provider.

    Best Regards,

    Prakash

Thank you for your reply Parkash,

I tried hotspoting my iPhone 14 pro max but the cell service at my house is terrible, so I barely managed 1MBPS.

When I run a speed test im getting speeds of 94.13Mbps DL speed and 23.72Mbps upload. However when I try to DL from Xbox Game Pass, Steam or Epic my DL speed is limited to 10MBPS. I have reinstalled my Wi-Fi adapters drivers and no change. so its not my hardware. So by deduction it must be an issue with my software. Am I missing something? is there a setting I'm not aware of in either Windows or a third party software? I don't understand what I am supposed to do with the link you sent me (I'm usually a console gamer). I went to the link and downloaded the free version but then what? sorry for my naivety but I was expecting to unwrap my expensive new pc go through the initial setup and BAM! game time.
