Why do my Bluetooth headphones' audio keep on cutting out?

So, my old pair of headphones had the same problem, both pairs were Steelseries Arctis Nova Pro Wirelesses.

My first pair.

My first pair worked well, they did as they should, for around a couple days. The Bluetooth connection was fine, they didn't cut out at all.

After a couple days, my Bluetooth kept on rapidly disconnecting and connecting. I turned my headset off and reconnected it. They didn't

connect at all the second time, causing me to have to restart my PC for them to actually connect and fix.

My second pair.

I had to replace my first pair due to hardware problems, my second pair however, since I started using them they connected perfectly and

didn't loose connection until about 5-10 minutes upon using them. They stayed connected but they didn't play any audio whatsoever, causing

me to go into the control panel and disconnect and re-connect my headphones.

Both pairs.

Both pairs had no problem with Bluetooth connection or loss of audio on my phone, which makes me believe that my computer is the problem.

My OS is Windows 11, my computer had the necessary requirements to run the OS as intended.

My headphone model is for 'PC and Playstation' by the way.

Hey, ViniciusMU, thank you for replying.

I haven't been able to find the energy management section under properties, I don't know if I'm in the right place. I opened Device Manager - Clicked the dropdown on Bluetooth and right - clicked my device, if I right-click Bluetooth - properties it simply says, 'Bluetooth'

The only option with the letter E is 'Enumerator'.

Hi, Riley_744. I'm sorry to hear you're having this problem, and I hope I can assist you to find a satisfactory solution.

Let's change a bluetooth power saving option to see if that solves the problem.

Type device management in the bar and press enter, then go to bluetooth, right click on the mouse, properties, energy management and disable the option for the computer to be able to turn off the device.

Test it out and see if it fixed the problem.

Thank you for replying, I don't have the option to update my Bluetooth drivers and my headphone drivers are all up to date.

I factory reset my computer due to other issues and to renew my Norton subscription, I updated my windows at the same time and I'm still having the problem. Sometimes the problem occurs when I have two tabs playing audio at once or I'm switching between applications and games. I'm starting to think it may be Nahimic that is causing this problem, but I highly doubt that.

My computer is in fact turning my headphones off still and my headphones have an audible beep when they do turn on/off. I can't find the energy management section and I think I might not be able to find it because I'm on Windows 11.

Yet again, thanks for helping me out so far.
