Why cant i remove a Powerpoint Presentation from my recent in File Explorer and how do i remove it

I cant remove a Powerpoint presentation from my recents on File Explorer, how do i remove it. (By the way it has the cloud checkmark thingy near it, i dont know what that could do.) I also apologize if I chose the wrong product, I do not know what product is related to Powerpoint.
