Is this issue specific to one Bluetooth device or all of the devices? Please try to roll back the driver version. Please follow the steps below:
- Click the Start/Windows button, type Device Manager, and open it as Admin.
- Find the Bluetooth driver, right-click on it, and choose properties.
- Go to the Driver's tab and choose Roll Back Driver.
- Once done, please restart your computer and check.
If the issue persists, please go to the support website of your computer's manufacturer, and download and install Bluetooth and BIOS drivers. This should resolve the issue.
