StorageSense GPO

I'm looking at deploying Storagesense via a GPO to clear out old profile data, and temp files on potentially thousands of PCs. On the 2-3 machines I've applied it to so far it appears to have made no difference to overall disk use. These are machines with upto 150 user profiles - many of which haven't been touched for multiple years so should fall well into the cadence and file ages I've set for removal.

The below is from a gpresult - so you can see that the policy should be applying. I have changed the cadence FROM "every day" to "During Low free disk space" to see if that made a difference, however no files appear to be being deleted. Am I missing something glaringly obvious?

Policy Setting
Allow Storage Sense Enabled
Allow Storage Sense Temporary Files cleanup Enabled
Configure Storage Sense cadence Enabled
Run Storage Sense: During low free disk space
:--- :---
Policy Setting
:--- :---
Configure Storage Sense Recycle Bin cleanup threshold Enabled
Minimum age (in days) of a files in the Recycle Bin folder before Storage sense will delete it (0 is never deleting files): 30
:--- :---
Policy Setting
:--- :---
Configure Storage Storage Downloads cleanup threshold Enabled
Minimum age (in days) of a files in the Downloads folder before Storage sense will delete it (0 is never deleting files): 30
:--- :---
