Hi there I have cloned my 500gb SSD drive with Windows 10 64bit on to a 2tb SSD after running out of space after doing so the partion is followed by a Microsoft partition before the unallocated space so Im unable to extend the volume is there a workaround even if it means using 3rd party software please as i am running out of activations for my software VSTI for my Music production my judgement is unforunately mpacted by the fact that I am on serious medication for chronic pain due to work related injuries and I definetely made a bad call on 500gb SSDor 2tb SSD thanks in advance for your undersatnding

In that software, right click the C drive partition and select Merge Partitions, then in the dialog that appears, select the unallocated space and add that. then click the Apply button at the top left to begin the process.

    Thank you for the screenshot.

Because Windows has limited partitioning ability, the recovery partition is blocking you extending the C drive partition.

You will need to use a utility like the free version of AOMEI Partition Assistant to merge the C drive partition into that unallocated space, it is a great free utility, fully featured and easy to use.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this, I need to see the partition table on your drive.

Right click your Start Button, then open Disk Management

Expand the bottom pane so all drives are visible in that pane.

Please provide a screenshot of that window.
