there is no option to buy a licence

i have looked and all links redirect to a different page and i cannot find anything on ther microsoft store. or the official website.
to me it seems immpossible to buy a product key or licence anywhere but illeagle places

Your screenshot shows a reference to an organisation which suggests a volume licence. These type of licences are used by businesses to activate many devices belonging to them that connect to their domain, it is not intended for personal use. (actually illegal)
Another point is that those type of licences are not available for Windows 10 Home. It would be using a hack of some sort that has now ran out.
You can search an Amazon for a Windows 10 Home licence/product key but don't be tempted by cheap keys as these will probably be rejected by the activation server.

2023-11-14T11:32:53+00:00 I believe Microsoft stopped selling Windows 10 licences in January this year.
If you go to the Store on the device you need the licence for does it offer the option to buy a licence?
Use Settings > Activation > Go to Store.
