I have been attempting to enable Secure Boot after it was disabled (I don't know how or why, one day it just disabled, not allowing me to access a couple applications that require it to be enabled. I used to be able to access it, but I did the shutdown which brings it back to options upon restart, forgot about it, pressed "Delete" as I normally would to bring up BIOS, and since then, have not been able to bring up BIOS either with "Delete" or the options menu. I just get a black screen.

System information is as follows:

64GB RAM

Gigabyte RTX 3090

i9-9900k

2x2TB M.2 storage

MSI Z390 MB

Attempted resolutions:

Using Delete upon Startup.

Using the startup menu.

Removing the battery from the motherboard for 10 minutes, reinserting, and reattempting.

Holding the power button for an extended period of time.

    Hello Colten Myhre,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and we regret the inconvenience caused to you.

Do you have access to Windows but not in BIOS? If yes, reason as below: If it is a desktop, this may be a problem with the connection cable or interface between your monitor and graphics card, causing the BIOS interface to fail to display. You can try to change the HDMI or DP cable or interface, or enter the BIOS to use the integrated display instead of the independent display.

Regarding your bios settings: You can try updating your graphics card driver and ask how to refresh the Bios according to different motherboard manufacturers. You can try to disable fast startup in the power settings, then restart and press the Delete key to enter the bios.If your Windows is also unable to access then If Windows is also inaccessible then the issue may be caused by damage to your hardware. Like RAM、Graphics card or motherboard. Hope I can provide you with some help and suggestions.

    Best Regards,
