I am unable to switch users.

No my user doesn't show there

We must be talking about different user accounts.

I don't see the other account in there.

My second is not showing on the list and when I try to add it it says "A user using this Microsoft account already exists."

1. Type netplwiz in the search bar on the taskbar and click enter.

Check how many users are added to the PC. Also, you can provide administrator rights for each user there.

• Check if you have Multiple users like this (see image 1). To add a user, you can click add.
• To switch between users, you can click your Profile picture displayed on the Start menu and click on another user.
• On the Windows Hello login screen, select your picture to switch between users.

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft support. To switch between user accounts on Windows 10, you can follow these steps:

1. Click on the Start menu and select your account icon in the top left corner.
2. Click on the account you want to switch to from the drop-down menu.
3. Enter the password for the account if prompted.

In other words when you click on Start you will only see your icon/account. You need to click on it to see the other accounts.
