This browser is no longer supported.
Upgrade to Microsoft Edge to take advantage of the latest features, security updates, and technical support.
Running Windows 11 Pro on a Dell XPS 8930
Sandbox was working fine until I updated to 23H2 yesterday.
It starts up OK, but if I try to open a folder, for example, it will open for about a second and then close, the screen will go black for about a second and then returns to the desktop. It's now totally unusable.
Can anyone else please confirm this problem?

Greetings
Sumit,
I've now tried a repair install as requested. Downloaded the iso etc. etc. etc.
I chose not to update during the install but waited until the repair had completed and then ran all updates afterwards.
Exactly the same as before.
I also tried installing the Cumulative Update Preview Version 23H2 (KB5031455)
Once again, exactly the same.
Alan
I have EXACTLY the same issue.
Sumit,
I tried running sfc /scannow and found no problems with system files being corrupted.
There seems no point in going any further. This is an obvious bug.
I've also just noticed that while my host PC is running version 22631, the version running in Sandbox is 22621. Why???

Sumit,
Since my original post and before your reply, I tried uninstalling Sandbox (from within Programs and Features), rebooting, re-installing Sandbox and then rebooting again.
Makes no difference. Are you able to reproduce this "bug" yourself?
