How do I turn off the lock symbol when I toggle Caps Lock

Just got a new laptop and when I press caps lock a big lock appear on the top of my screen with the letter "a" in it, how can I stop this happening?

I was told to delete the Acer Quickacess app but it didn't work My laptop is the Acer Nitro 5 AN515-58-50FK

    Hi, I'm Elise, a fellow user like yourself and I'd be happy to help with your issue.

    It is usually caused by some manufacturer installed utility, which has been pre-installed on your PC.

    If you check in Settings > App, have a look and see if there is anything there which looks like it might be from the laptop manufacturer.

    There was an Acer Quick Access App, I was told to delete that but it didn't work.
