2023-11-11T06:06:16+00:00 Thank you for updating me with that information. Just in case if this does not work, Pease try performing an In-place Upgrade. Performing this can repair broken operating system files while your personal files, settings and installed applications will not be removed.

Few things to check on the PC
**Unplug all external peripherals except for the Mouse, Keyboard, and LAN cable before starting
**Disable or uninstall any 3rd party Anti-Virus program to prevent it from interfering with the upgrade
Kindly let me know if this helps or if you have any further concerns.
Kind regards,

2023-11-10T22:48:22+00:00 hi, what do you mean "last time it worked properly"? if you mean when was i able to click normally, usually a system restart fixes it, but it can still come back.
i did sfc /scannow a few days ago and it found issues and fixed them, but this problem has been happening for a few months, just on random occurences and it only happened like once or twice before it started happening when i use my monitor. i dont think its an explorer issue since the taskbar is the only thing that is clickable, everything else (including apps) is unclickable, but ill try that if it happens again. ill also try running sfc and dism again to see if it can fix it.
