Hi,

Looking to roll back a driver that messed up a ton of peoples audio in our org but the roll back driver option in Device Manager is greyed out for everyone including admins. Is there another way roll back a driver? Thanks.

    Hi ,

I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

You can go back to a previous version of the driver by selecting it manually.

Open the device manager > Right-click on the desired driver and click Update device > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me choose from a list of available drivers > A window will open showing each version of the driver with the date you have on your computer

    Hope this helps.
