Thanks for confirming Van. I am very dissatisfied with this product sold by Microsoft as I now have a useless keyboard that can no longer be used because I misplaced the USB. I understand this is not your personal doing and I appreciate your response on the facts provided. Is there anything else I can do to express my deep frustration with paying 70 dollars for a keyboard that will need to go into the trash now? Is there a way to leave a product review for this product sold by Microsoft?
Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5000
Hello, I purchased a Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5000 but lost the USB receiver in a move. Is there any way I can purchase another to go with the keyboard?

2023-11-08T13:47:06+00:00 Hi, I am Van. I'll be glad to assist you today.
I apologized; unfortunately, each Microsoft wireless device, such as a mouse or keyboard, has its own unique receiver. In case the wireless receiver is lost or broken. It is not possible to replace it with a new receiver.
If the product is still under warranty, you can try contacting the vendor and requesting a product replacement. Otherwise, you will need to purchase a new keyboard.
Please let me know if you need any further assistance. I will be glad to help.
