I ran into this very issue recently. I created a bootable USB drive to do a fresh windows install on a brand new M.2 ssd, but kept getting BSOD and got stuck in a perpetual loop. The fix is to go into your bios and change the sata setting to AHCI instead of RAID. Then reboot from USB drive. Hope this helps!
Fix for Kernel Security Check Failure when booting from a USB drive.
I need to install Windows 11 on a new SSD but when booting from the installation USB I get the error "Kernel Security Check Failure" and gets stuck in an infinite restart with that loop. I've literally tried every single fixed I have found on the internet, this is my last ditch effort.
I can't access windows at all so no command prompt, advance features, start-up repair or any of that stuff. Can't change UEFI to Legacy as it's not an option to change it at all. Tried disabling secure boot and stuff, removing the memory stick just gives me "no bootable device". The laptop recognises the SSD as it shows the serial number on the "main" tab so I know it's not faulty.
The laptop is a Acer Nitro 5 AN515-55, the new SSD and Ram are from Western Digital.
Any more suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks, Cas.
