AMD graphic driver problem on windows 10

Hello I've just freshly installed windows 10 on my PC with gigabyte b450m mobo and amd ryzen 5 5600g but when I installed AMD graphic driver from gigabyte app center it does have problem and currently i have microsoft basic display adapter. Can you help me?

    The best option is to go to the AMD website to download and manually install the AMD graphics driver, on the link below you will find all versions of the driver you need, including the latest version AMD provide.
