I can't find a way to add esim profile. Tried activating my adapter but l can't find one. Whats should l do?

From the screenshot you sent it appears that your PC does not have the Mobile Broadband Module, this is the reason why your SIM cannot work.
Contact your PC manufacturer's support, they will be able to suggest which Mobile Broadband Module to purchase and install for your PC model.

Specify the exact make and model of your computer or type msinfo in the search box and post the System specifications, then go to Device Manager, expand network adapters, post a screenshot.
