    Can you give me more details on what happened to your computer? When was the last time it worked properly?

    It's not ideal to download Windows with the phone and it's more likely to load or fail. It is best to find another working computer and a USB flash drive to create USB Installation media to repair or reinstall Windows on your device.

    Go to another Windows PC and create a Windows installer on a USB flash drive, using Microsoft's Media Creation Tool. Then boot your damaged PC from the USB flash drive and reinstall Windows. You cannot do this with a phone.

    I just got my pc from a friend, i tried resetting it but it keep saying "there was a problem resetting this pc".

    Since that won't work and the pc running on window 8.1 enterprise i wai was thinking upgrading it to window 10 might show my problem
