To update your drivers and BIOS, go to the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website, then form there, you can check for driver and BIOS updates, that is the only place you should install them from.
The latest version and build No. of Windows 11 is 23H2 - 22631.2715
Intel HD/UHD 620 graphics is fine for Windows 11, you should not have any problems, but it is not suitable for large games, and performance on the Intel graphics will depend on how much RAM you have.
To check your system for malware, run a full offline scan with Defender.
