How do I delete PUA:Win32/Packunwan on windows defender. if I press delete, nothing happens and I have tried Malwarebytes. It says it's a yellow threat and I need to get it off. It is slowing down my computer. I cannot delete it. What should I do?

Type powershell into search then click on Windows Powershell.

Copy and paste in the following command and press enter:

    Test-Path "C:\Users\OWNER\Downloads\install.exe" -PathType leaf

Does it say True or False?

Could you please provide the logs I requested in my previous reply?

Does C:\Users\OWNER\Downloads\install.exe still exist when you look in the Downloads folder?

Please provide logs from Farbar Recovery Scan Tool (FRST).

    https://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/farbar-recovery-scan-tool/

    • If your computer language is not English, rename FRST64.exe to FRST64English.exe
    • Run FRST and press "Scan"
    • Two logs are created in the folder that FRST is run from, FRST.txt and Addition.txt
    • Upload the logs to OneDrive, Google Drive or any file sharing service
    • Post the share link

Note: If you are downloading FRST with Edge, smartscreen will initially block it.

Click on the 3 dots next to the warning and select Keep-> Show more-> Keep anyway.
