May I know the version or build of Windows that you're running? (Please press Windows key+R and type winver and hit enter)
Is there any changes on your device before you got this issue?
Kindly check and follow the steps below:
- Please press Windows key + R and type appwiz.cpl then hit enter
On the left pane, choose "Turn Windows Features on or off"
Look for the Microsoft Print to PDF and untick it then hit OK.
After that, please open it again and tick the box next to "Microsoft Print to PDF" again and hit OK.
Restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
