In your BIOS, find the option to apply optimized defaults and apply that, save those settings and restart your laptop to see if it boots into Windows.
If not, try this method.
Remove the power cable from your laptop.
Press and hold the power button on the case of your laptop for 30 seconds.
Wait 30 minutes
Reconnect the power cable and start your laptop, does it boot into Windows?
