Hi,
Can you assist me? How can I retire that intune policy?
Awaiting your reply.

I've tried to use all 3 USB ports with various USB storage drives and all resulted the same error:
"D:\ is not accessible. Access is denied."
As I check the security properties in Advanced, it's showing:
"You do not have permission to view or edit this object’s permission settings."
even even I'm using administrative user profile.
Note: the USB drive works perfectly in other PC.

Issue is due to Intune policy.
I retired from it and it works fine now.
Hi John
As mentioned the USB device works fine when its plugged into other pc.
Hi John,
Thanks for your assistance!
Allow me to share the potential issues you raised:
| Potential issue | Reply |
|---|---|
| Impropoer connection | You mean physically connection?

I've plugged properly. And the USB device works fine in other PC. |
| Damaged cables | the USB port works fine with mouse and keyboard. |
| Corrupted USB device/file system | the USB device works fine in other PC. |
| Lack of permission | As mentioned I'm using administrator profile, is there still a chance I have no permission? The PC hasn't joined any organization domain. |
| Bitlocker activated | Negative, both my C: and USB devices aren't activated. |
I have also tried the Edit Group Policies (successful but not helping) and Change Letter of the Drive (system rejected), but to no avail.
Looking forward to more helps!
Cheers,
Lester
