Xbox Networking button is missing in Windows 10 Settings

The Xbox Networking button in Windows 10 Settings is missing after installing the latest November 2023 (KB5032189) update. If you delete the update, the button appears. What to do? At the same time, the Xbox website indicates that there is a button in this place to check for network problems. And why was it necessary to delete this item? This was a great thing to check whether the NAT was open or not, which made it easy to determine which IP the user was sitting behind and allowed you to find out if there would be problems with online games, captchas in Google, etc. Installing a preview of the KB5032278 update also does not solve the problem. And I'd like to know more, why wasn't this feature in Windows 11 in the first place? In the Xbox app, this item is also completely missing.
P.S. DISM/SFC, upgrading and reinstalling the system does not help and will not help in any way.
P.S.2 The strangest thing is that this change also affected Windows 10 LTSC, and it wasn't supposed to.

Thank you for posting in the Microsoft community.

I understand the frustration and inconvenience of not being able to display the Xbox Network option properly, we've noticed that we've had a lot of feedback from users after the update, we've sent this issue back through internal channels and Microsoft will be making adjustments and fixes to this issue as soon as possible, thank you for your patience! Thank you for your patience! Until then, you can remove the update to use this feature normally.

We hope that your issue will be resolved as soon as possible, and thank you for letting us know about this issue, which will help more users to use Microsoft systems more conveniently!

I always used the Xbox Network to solve connection problems when playing Forza Horizon. Solved the problem of lags in multiplayer. And now with no option I have no idea how to fix the connection problem. I hope this tab comes back.

Well, what can they tell you? The honest answer is that we don't care about Windows 10 users. Go to Windows 11 and don't show off. What's not to like? The exit is over there.
In fact, all the cumulative updates now kill this functionality and Microsoft, officially, in one of the posts indicated that these features are recognized as obsolete, so they removed them. This is the same reason why the xbox app died, where you could also see if ports were open.
There are not many options, in fact I would say one. I have an image with integrated updates from 12.07.2023, put it and block all cumulative updates, otherwise installing each such update will kill the necessary functions. I'm sorry, but Microsoft's current plan is to handicap Windows 10 so that Windows 11 can at least somehow break 30% of installations, and they won't admit failure, even though it's obvious. Windows Vista 2 hello.

    Hello Rota Ye,

I have the same problem. t seems that Im unable to play Forza Horion 4 online, ipsec 0x8923203f. I think this is related to Teredo but I am unable to reset the connection because Xbox Networking button is missing.
