Will factory reset allow me to change the language

I bought a new laptop in Chile yesterday. In the shop, they told me that the computer could be configured in English as long as I selected it during the inicial setup. I selected English during the setup but my laptop is still only in Spanish. I have tried to change the display language, but it seems that the license only allows for one language. If I reset to factory settings and start again, is there a way to make my laptop work in English? I cannot speak Spanish!

    Hi ,

    I am Ivan, I will help you with this.

    I understand, if possible go to the start menu settings > system > About and see if the version is Windows 10 Home Single Language.

    If so, you have to reinstall Windows using the USB method and select the language you want, but you have to reinstall Windows with the language you want.
