I recently bought and installed a Logitech c930e Webcam. I am running Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise (10.0.22621 Build 22621) on a Lenovo laptop. I have ensured as of this morning, my system updates are all complete and up to date.
The driver is Microsoft. date= 10/19/2023, Version= 10.0.22621 2506
The camera works fine.
The microphone works fine.
My problem is that the Logitech C930e speakers don't even show up in the Output selection area.
Any ideas as I'm stumped at the moment....

Logitech c930e webcam has never had any speakers included. The webcam has only Camera and Microphone available.
Logitech C930e 1080p Business Webcam with Wide Angle Lens
If you have a Lenovo laptop, then this laptop should have built-in speakers, which should show in Windows Audio settings -> Output devices.
