    MS has it for Azure. Language support - Speech service - Azure AI services | Microsoft Learn

    So, what is limiting from extending this library for other products? Like for many other languages in the list.

    Thank you. I saw that offer is limited with that list...

    I'm still trying to find third party with no success at the moment. So, I'm asking for any support or development.

    Below is a list of all available TTS voices in Windows, I do not see any Ukrainian TTS voice listed, you would need to find a 3rd party TTS Ukrainian voice online
