    1. Do NOT download the file from any third-party "dll download" site.
    2. api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-2-0.dll is not included in a standard Windows 7 installation (Windows 7 has api-ms-win-core-libraryloader-l1-1-0.dll). If the version 2 file will work in Windows 7, it should be included in the install package for whatever software you're attempting to use.
    3. If reinstalling the software using all default settings doesn't help, ask McAfee support for help.

    If you read through the information at the link I gave you very, very, few McAfee products would be compatible with 7.

    and it is not a matter of downloading a file; it is a matter of incompatibility between Windows 7 and McAfee.
